1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made on LightMirror.in, operated from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms. LightMirror.in manufactures and sells designer LED light mirrors, bathroom mirrors, vanity mirrors and related products.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Prices shown for products with size or colour options reflect the exact price of the selected variant. Custom-size products are quoted individually. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallet payments. For bulk or project orders, advance payment terms are agreed in writing.
4. Manufacturing & Dispatch
Stock items dispatch within 1–3 business days. Custom-size and made-to-order mirrors are manufactured at our Coimbatore facility and dispatch within 7–10 business days of order confirmation. Dispatch timelines are communicated at order confirmation.
5. Delivery
We deliver pan-India through insured courier partners. Delivery timelines: 1–2 business days within Coimbatore, 2–4 business days for Tamil Nadu and South India, 4–10 business days for the rest of India. Full shipping details are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Warranty
All LED mirrors carry a 5-year warranty on LED components and a 2-year warranty on electronic parts (touch sensors, defoggers, drivers). The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover physical damage, water ingress from improper installation, or unauthorised repairs. Warranty service is factory-direct from our Coimbatore facility.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or transit damage, per our Refund & Returns Policy. Custom-size and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
8. Installation
Mirrors ship with installation instructions suitable for any qualified electrician. Installation guidance is provided free; physical installation services, where arranged, are charged separately.
9. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images and content on LightMirror.in are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
